Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Exotic Brow Bar. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right. We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unopened products. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards or services. If you have any questions or concerns about our return and exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
